RELIVOQ Support
Setup help, connection troubleshooting, and product information for RELIVOQ — Wireless Camera for Mac.
What you need
BluetoothLocal Wi-FiSupported wireless camera- A Mac running macOS 12.0 or later.
- Bluetooth access enabled for RELIVOQ.
- Local Network access enabled for RELIVOQ.
- A supported camera with wireless networking enabled.
- The Mac and camera must be able to communicate on the local network after registration.
First connection
- Turn on the camera and keep it near your Mac.
- Launch RELIVOQ.
- Allow Bluetooth and Local Network permissions when macOS asks.
- Enter the Wi-Fi network used by your Mac.
- Select Connect & Register.
- Keep the camera powered on while registration completes.
- When connected, RELIVOQ opens the live video output and shows the current connection state.
Your Wi-Fi password is used only for camera registration and is stored using macOS Keychain where applicable.
Main controls
- Mute / Unmute — controls live audio monitoring.
- Stop Video / Reconnect — stops or restores the video stream without rebuilding the entire setup.
- Move Output — moves the video output window when supported.
- Camera Settings — opens the camera controls supported by the connected model.
Troubleshooting
Camera is not found
- Confirm the camera is powered on and wireless functions are enabled.
- Move the camera closer to the Mac during registration.
- Check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth and make sure RELIVOQ is allowed.
Registration fails or the camera will not reconnect
- Confirm the Wi-Fi network name and password are correct.
- Make sure the Mac is connected to the intended local Wi-Fi network.
- Restart the camera's wireless connection and try Connect & Register again.
- If the camera was previously registered but remains unreachable, reset the camera's wireless/network connections and register it again.
Video stops but the camera still shows connected
- Use Reconnect first.
- If the stream does not recover, power-cycle the camera and reconnect.
- Avoid changing the Mac's Wi-Fi network while a live session is active.
No audio
- Check whether RELIVOQ is currently muted.
- Confirm the connected camera is providing audio for the active stream.
Privacy & local processing
RELIVOQ does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs. Camera video and audio are handled locally on your Mac and local network.
Compatibility
Compatibility depends on camera model, firmware version, wireless features, and network environment. Features shown in RELIVOQ are available only when supported by the connected camera.
